The organization is governed by volunteer members serving as Pod 1 Dachem’s Board of Directors and Officers. Members meet monthly to network, discuss events, organizational needs as well as issues related to their businesses.

Our Mission

The Pod 1 Dachem organization was created to integrate, support, and strengthen the Polish community by building a strong network of business, social, and cultural connections. Our mission is to establish the Polish Business Club, a space for entrepreneurs, professionals, and Polish community leaders to network, exchange experiences, and grow together.

We strive to make the Polish Business Club a place for:

• Mutual support – helping Polish entrepreneurs expand their businesses through networking, mentoring, and access to resources.
• Collaboration and growth – organizing meetings, training sessions, and events that foster knowledge-sharing and strategic partnerships.
• Promotion of Polish entrepreneurship – supporting initiatives that highlight Polish businesses and services in local and international markets.
• Integration and community building – connecting people with shared values and heritage, creating a space for inspiring conversations and long-term cooperation.
